Carved Ceramic Moon Cycle Wall Hanging

Join us for a fun project based workshop playing with clay! We will work with rolled slabs of clay and black/white/gray underglazes, using basic carving techniques, to create a set of ceramic "moon" tiles for a wall hanging or mobile. The completed projects (glazed and fired) will be available for pickup in 3-4 weeks, with a branch and string available if desired, to assemble the moons into a wall hanging or mobile. These ceramic projects are mid-fire range and suitable for decor/display outdoor or indoor.

Space is limited with social distancing practices in place, one student per table unless related and register together. This is a beginner’s level class, all ages welcome, 8yr and on, no prior ceramic experience needed.

Prepayment is required to reserve your spot. Cash, Venmo, Paypal, and Apple Pay accepted. Cancelations up to 5 days before the class date will receive a full refund, less than 5 days is a 50% refund. Dress in comfortable clothes you can get muddy in, with potential for stains. Masks required.
